These are replacement tubes for the Juwel MultiLux LED unit only. They will not work in older T5 models. Please check before ordering, as no returns will be accepted for this special order item. Make sure your unit uses the LED tube and that only the tube needs replacing—not the entire MultiLux lighting unit. If you buy a tube and it does not turn on, it indicates that your MultiLux unit needs replacement. All LED tubes are tested before dispatch, so we cannot process any returns or exchanges.
